Student charged and expelled after winning fight with bully. Bully not charged, still in school. Justice, Canadian style.
A grade 9 student picked on by a bully is now expelled from school and charged with assault. The student was pushed repeatedly and refused to retaliate, but reacted only after he was punched. After being punched, he hit the bully once, breaking his nose.
