One conclusion I can make, from looking at Mr. Stoffer’s website, is that he’s an extremely private individual; it’s pretty easy to see the line he draws between his professional life and his private one. His Wikipedia entry indicates he has a sense of humour. So my guess is, he doesn’t take the PARLINFO biography form all that seriously; it’s like writing ‘Jedi Knight’ in the Religion spot on the census.

In the name of privacy rights, I think we can cut him a little slack here; obviously his constituents do (why else would they keep him there for over a decade?).
