		<description>The PM should introduce a bill to make several items binding referenda on the next general election whenever that may be:

1.-Senate reform - with specific questions:
a.- Should senate terms be limited to 8 years, with retroactive application to sitting senators.
b.- Should all future senators be elected
c.- Should senate seats be distributed equally by population

2.-Should federal political parties receive any taxpayer funded subsidies?

3.-Should riding boundaries in the House of Commons be defined to provide equal representation by population across the country, and should those boundaries be reviewed every second federal election.

4.-Should the Constitution be re-opened to renegotiate Equalization payments

It would be interesting to see the opposition squirm trying to block giving the voters&#039; the right to their say on any of the above. With the Senate rebalanced there should be no blockage there.</description>
