It is like that in my hometown in Nova Scotia. They have a special person that drives around on garbage pickup day and checks out the bags to make sure you are not throwing anything away that you are supposed not to.
God, now we know what Elizabeth May dreams at night! A new modern version of 1984 it scares me!
This might be the funniest commercial I have ever seen! That belongs in a time capsul.
